John has 31 years of executive level management experience in the trucking industry. His experience encompasses both large and small fleet operations as well as private, public and non- profit enterprises. His direct skills are centered around business development and fleet operations.

Mike Fielden - Senior Business Management Executive

Mike brings over 33 years of management experience focused on transportation and supply chain services. Leadership positions include turn-around situations in various locations and has included company drivers, owner operator, and small fleet operations. Skilled in negotiations of complex deals and long term business arrangements, and the operation of cost effective start-ups and operations.

Rojelio Padilla - CFO

Carriergistics has formed a partnership with Carlex Enterprises, Inc. where Rojelio is the President. Rojelio has 30 years of accounting and finance experience working directly in the transportation space as wells as general business accounting and auditing.

Rojelio has held CFO positions for James Group International, Renaissance Global Logistics, Global Fax, Beltmann Logistics and consulting with Laventhol & Horvath.

Doug Bodenbender - Vice President of Business Administration & Safety

Doug brings 30+ years of Executive Management experience in the trucking industry. He combines a strong business acumen and general trucking management experience with strong credentials in Human Resources, Employee Relations and Safety - all key elements in operating a trucking business.

In addition to five years of providing consulting and contracted management services to the trucking industry, Doug has served as EVP for Gra-Bell Truck Lines, Inc; President of GB Management Systems; and EVP of RTS and MTS - Martin Transportation Systems.

Craig Howell - Vice President Procurement

Craig is responsible for managing and growing the Carriergistics Leveraged Purchasing Program.

Craig's background includes over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry. The last five years as president and owner of National Trailer Center of Michigan, a Wabash, Transcraft, Benson, and XL Specialized trailer dealer.

Prior to that, Craig was Northeast Regional Director of Sales for Wabash National and Executive Vice President and CFO for National Semi-Trailer Corp, a regional trailer rental and leasing company.

Dennis has 15+ years of successful career experience in sales. During that time he has represented some of the leading names in the Building Systems Technologies, such as Honeywell, SimplexGrinnell and more recently Rocky Mountain Power.

Throughout his career he has brought fire alarm/security solutions that are at the leading end of technology and most recently, involvement is in providing power generation/switch gear solutions to a variety of customers.
